Rudmine holds a Master of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science , with a strong academic foundation in the biological and health sciences. She has over 6 years of experience, supporting students across a range of subjects including biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, TEAS prep and Spanish.
With experience working with diverse learners, Rudmine focuses on breaking down complex concepts, building academic confidence, and helping students develop effective study strategies. As the founder of the organization, she is committed to education that is clear, supportive and grounded in evidence-based learning principles.
Matthew Silva
Clinical Director
Matthew serves as the Clinical Director. He is a medical school graduate with a strong foundation in medical education and clinical practice. He also has prior experience working in clinical healthcare settings, which contributes to his broad understanding of patient care and clinical workflows.
In addition, he brings hands-on experience in wound care, supporting assessment, treatment planning and ongoing management of complex wounds. In his role as Clinical Director, Matthew focuses on clinical oversight, quality standards, care coordination and supporting safe, effective and patient -centered service.
